How to shop online?

Shopping is easy, every time you add an item, your cart will show you your items updated with your new total. If you wish to edit or remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click on the {edit} option next to the words Purchase Summary, click the {remove} option and then choose  “update”, “continue shopping” or “checkout”.

Checkout

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy, simply click “checkout”, fill out the necessary shipping information and then click the “Proceed to Billing Information Form”. You will then be updated on your new total including your shipping and tax. If you wish to edit or change any information regarding your order, shipping information, you may do so now by clicking the {edit} option. When you are ready to continue to checkout, you will be asked to fill out your billing information and select you method of payment.
Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale.  We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Ella Bleu Boutique accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where Ella Bleu has a physical presence. Currently this is only in Colorado.
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting www.ups.com, from there you can determine when your order actually leaves Ella Bleu. Note: tracking number may not be visible.
How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Guidelines

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM MT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM MT will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM MT will begin processing on the following Monday. Ella Bleu will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided from credit verification. We use U.S. Postal Service and UPS for delivery. We do not offer Saturday delivery. ***DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS***

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned within 21 days or receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. All returned items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Gift recipients are entitled to a NON-REFUNDABLE merchandise credit. A full refund will ONLY be given if merchandise is not damaged upon receipt. Monogrammed and personalized gifts may not be returned unless they are damaged upon receipt.

  • All sale or discounted items are final
  • All lingerie items are final
  • All hygiene products (including soaps) are final
  • Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged within the store and vice versa.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on our package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

GIFT SERVICES

What gift wrap/box services do you offer?

Ella bleu will gift box your order providing you fill out the box  at he time of checkout that says {Add any special instruction or comments}at the time of purchase.  Our gift box service includes a matte white gift box with our signature blue-and-white Ella Bleu Signature ribbon or a blue ribbon with white polkas and the item(s) wrapped in blue tissue inside the box.  You are asked at checkout to include a gift message if you desire.  This message is printed/written on a gift card, and included with the gift box.  The recipient will receive a blank invoice with the return/exchange form.
